What you share with us

• Account: name, email address, password credential (stored as a password hash), account role, and account status.
• Orders: contact and delivery details, items and sizes, order totals, discounts, delivery fee, payment method and status, and order notes.
• Reviews: the rating, review text, and first name displayed with a published review.
• Security: sign-in attempt records include the submitted email, IP address, whether sign-in succeeded, and the time of the attempt.
• Site operation: a session cookie keeps your sign-in, shopping bag, and checkout flow working. We also receive ordinary technical request data needed to deliver pages and protect the service.

If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides the verified account name and email used to sign you in. We do not receive your Google password.

We don’t use your account details for a newsletter or promotional mailing list through this site.

When information is shared

We may provide relevant details to our hosting and database providers to operate the site, to delivery partners so they can deliver your order, to payment providers such as Safepay if online payment is enabled, and to Google if you choose Google sign-in. The site also loads fonts and icons from Google Fonts and jsDelivr. These providers handle data under their own privacy terms.

We may disclose information when needed to protect people or the service, resolve a dispute, or comply with a lawful request. We do not sell personal information.

Access, corrections, and questions

We keep account, order, review, and security information for as long as needed to provide the service, handle customer support, protect the site, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Session data is used while your session is active.
